How to get started
Apply
Submit your licensing application with your background, business experience, and financial information.
Discovery Call
Qualified candidates are invited to a conversation with our leadership team to explore fit and answer your questions.
Agreement
Once approved, you'll receive your official license agreement. The $25,000 license fee is due at execution.
Open
Training, site approval, buildout, and grand opening support. Typical timeline is 6 to 12 months from agreement to opening day.

Every Revive licensee receives an exclusive geographic territory carefully determined by population density, local demographics, competitor landscape, and overall market potential.
Ideal locations are accessible, visible, and situated in wellness-conscious communities — urban villages, retail centers, or mixed-use developments with strong foot traffic and a health-oriented demographic.
All sites must be approved by our team prior to lease or purchase to ensure they meet brand standards and position you for success.
Minimum 1,200 sq ft
Sufficient space for treatment rooms, showers, product displays, and a welcoming reception area

Licensed professionals
Licensees are responsible for maintaining appropriate business licenses and hiring certified massage therapists and estheticians where applicable

Mon–Fri 10am–7pm, Sat–Sun 10am–5pm to ensure a consistent brand experience
Common questions
Do I need prior wellness industry experience?
No. While experience in health, wellness, or business operations is helpful, it is not required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support designed to set you up for success regardless of your background.
Is financing available through Revive?
We do not offer in-house financing, but we are happy to connect you with third-party lenders and SBA loan resources that work with wellness and service businesses.
Will I have a protected territory?
Yes. Each licensee is granted an exclusive territory defined in the license agreement. No other Revive Health Studio will operate within your territory, protecting your market and your investment.
How long does it take to open?
The typical timeline from signed agreement to opening day is 6 to 12 months, depending on site selection, permitting, buildout, staffing, and training completion. Our team works closely with you throughout the entire pre-opening process.
What ongoing support will I receive after opening?
Continued access to brand manuals, operational support, marketing resources, and the Revive leadership team. The 4% royalty fee directly funds these ongoing tools and brand-wide initiatives that benefit every location.
