Common questions
Is red light therapy the same as a tanning bed?
Not at all. Red light therapy contains zero UV light, it cannot tan, burn, or damage your skin. It uses a completely different and clinically studied wavelength range that works at the cellular level, not the surface.
How many sessions until I see results?
Many clients notice improvements in skin tone or reduced soreness after just one session. For more significant results like collagen remodeling, chronic pain relief, or hair growth we suggest a consistent series of 8–12 sessions over 4–6 weeks.
Can I combine red light with other services?

What should I wear?
The more skin exposure the better, as light cannot penetrate clothing. Most clients wear minimal clothing or a swimsuit. Sessions are completely private. Eye protection is provided and recommended.
Are there any contraindications?
Red light therapy is safe for most people. We recommend consulting your physician if you are pregnant, have active cancer, take photosensitizing medications, or have a history of lupus or epilepsy. Our team is happy to discuss any concerns before your session.
